During this summer I visited D&AD's New Blood Exhibition. It was great to see the standard of the third years work. Some of it was really good and some I was surprised about but it was a great show. The way it was laid out and promoted was nice. I chatted to some of the students about their work and what they are going to be doing in the future. This was good as I wouldn't normally get to talk to these people as some were from Scotland and other places. The winning work was shown upstairs and the quality of that work was overall good but not unachievable for us going into the third year. I am up against my own year for work aswell as the winners of D&AD last year so I need to make sure I do my best.
