I have just seen this poster which combines a serious message about a killer disease with humour. The humour leads you into looking into the poster which is read leaft to right and downwards like a storyboard. You then realise as you look downwards that the message changes from funny to very dark and serious. This change in emotion communicates the message perfectly and I think it is a fantastic piece of work.
